In 2003, Ken Higgs, the President of our Arizona office, saw an opportunity to grow our business in the Phoenix area, leading Ogden & Company, Inc. to purchase a local community management company. Excited to merge the philosophies and experience of the two companies, Ogden Arizona was able to ultimately offer the highest level of customer and professional services.
Ogden continues to maintain exceptionally high values and integrity when providing specialized services to the many clients in the Arizona market. Our staff is knowledgeable and our managers hold certifications through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), Community Associations Institute (CAI), and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Our “boutique” style of management allows for hands-on customer service from the top executives down. Our clients are important to us and we do our best to provide the highest level of service — what they deserve and expect.
Every account has a dedicated team that works together to cover all aspects of the management contract. A property manager and an administrative assistant are assigned to each property. In addition, Ogden has a full accounting staff and collection specialist who work diligently to provide timely financials and aggressive collection options. Our team approach guarantees availability and professional services to all our clients.
Ogden is a proud member of AACM, CAI, and IREM with Lori T. Percival, Ogden’s Executive Vice President, currently holding an AACM board position. In addition, Ogden is very involved with CAI and holds the very prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) certification. We are in exceptional standings with the Better Business Bureau and belong to the Mesa Chamber of Commerce, as well as being involved with many other city leadership groups. Our staff members teach Homeowner Association classes at the Department of Real Estate and through AACM. Ogden also offers FREE classes to all our board members, including How to Run Effective Meetings, Conflict Resolution, and Duties and Responsibilities of Board Members.
