Some of the brightest talent at Ogden and Company, Inc., AMO® started working for the company while they were still in school. Each summer, working with Marquette University, University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, or another local college, the company has given one or more college students an opportunity to spend some time in each division learning about the business and sharpening their office skills in the process. The company has benefited from this bright, young talent, who have shared the excellent computer skills and other tools acquired in college with Ogden staff in the process.

On many occasions the interns have found further opportunity on into the school year helping out part time on special projects such as upgrade of computer systems or new project setup. The opportunity to live in and assume the role of resident manager at an apartment building near campus has further enhanced some interns learning about real estate as both company and student benefit from such arrangements.

In addition, Craftmaster Contractors has provided hands-on internships for those students studying skilled trades. These summer programs work with students from the area's High Schools and Technicial Colleges to provide a valuable learning experience.
