Monica Maas-Skellie

Monica Maas-Skellie has been in property management and the real estate industry for over 24 years.

She was born and raised in the industry and from a very young age was involved with her family’s real estate investments which lead to a family owned management company. She started her career in leasing and assisting management of small investment properties throughout WI. In 2007, Monica joined Fiduciary Real Estate where she spent the next 7.5 years as a regional supervisor overseeing large existing Class A & Class B multi-family properties. In the last 2 year at Fiduciary, she was asked to oversee the development and lease-up of a 190 unit mid rise development in St. Louis Park, MN which gave her great exposure to the new development sector of real estate. Monica joined Ogden in 2013 as a portfolio manager and over the next 5 years she managed a large diverse portfolio of existing multi-family properties as well as a variety of condominium associations. She also became involved in assisting and growing the new development division along with the developers and investors.

In 2019 she was promoted to New Development Asset Manager where she has continued to been directly involved in the decisions and design of a mix of small and large multi-family developments through SE Wisconsin. Monica truly enjoys all aspects of new developments from investor relations to design decisions and full implementation of the marketing, team development and overall management of each property she is involved with. Monica holds a degree from the University of WI- Milwaukee in Real Estate/Urban Development and Finance. She holds her Brokers license as well as ARM Certification and is hoping to complete her CPM Certification soon.

Monica was born and raised in Wisconsin. She enjoys traveling the world and her passion is gardening
