Landscape Lead

Job Description

Ogden and Company Inc. is seeking a Team Leader for our landscape crews with landscape construction background. Leader must be highly motivated and able to demonstrate both leadership and teamwork skills. Full-time position is available for the right individual!

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a “can do” mentality. Responsibilities include leading grounds teams & being a foreman to landscape construction projects, as well as carrying out outdoor work orders.

Job requirements:

• Accurately document all work performed and materials used on each job
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible, dependable, willing to receive training, and willing to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Must have experience leading, organizing & managing multiple people
• Must have leadership skills and 2-3 years of experience
• Must be able to operate all maintenance equipment & train other employees on safe & proficient use.
• A good work ethic and attitude
• Must have a valid driver’s license
