Once the marketing package is compiled, the marketing effort begins. We will Identify the most likely prospects, looking for the perfect fit for the opportunity. Using various real estate websites such as Xceligent, CoStar, LoopNet, MLS and Ogden & Company, Inc., we promote your property locally, regionally to a worldwide audience. We match your property’s features with the buying criteria of investors. These may be individual investors, investment groups, real estate investment trusts (REITs), or foreign investors. We connect with these prospects, starting with close, logical buyers and expanding outward. Tracking the results of these marketing efforts, you’ll be provided with feedback that gives you insight on your property and the market. As members of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW), we work closely with all the other Milwaukee-area commercial real estate brokerage firms, making them aware of opportunities for their clients. Our marketing information is regularly distributed through email, direct mail, and personal contact with prospects. Your property will be available for viewing to a worldwide audience through multiple mediums– critically important in today’s marketplace.
