Ogden & Company, Inc. appoints Sue Sardina Executive Vice President of Commercial Brokerage & Commercial Property Management

Ogden & Company, Inc. is pleased to announce Sue Sardina as Executive Vice President of the Commercial Brokerage & Commercial Property Management Divisions. Sue Sardina has been with Ogden & Company, Inc. for over 16 years, serving in multiple roles, most recently as Vice President of the Commercial & Investment Division, Director of Asset Management and Senior Project Manager for Ogden Development Group, Inc.

Sue Sardina joined Ogden & Company, Inc. in 2005 and has vast experience and an extensive background in real estate management. Prior to joining Ogden, she served as Vice President and Director of Grootemaat Investment Management Corp. In that capacity, Sue oversaw the day to day operations of the company and provided investment management services for real estate limited partnerships with multifamily and commercial real estate holdings throughout southeastern Wisconsin.

Sue has provided real estate consulting for various lenders, receivers and owners and has performed extensive due diligence work, handling all aspects of transfers and disposition of real estate assets. She is a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wisconsin Association of Realtors and the Commercial Association of Realtors – Wisconsin.

Recent notable project completions managed by Sue, within the Ogden Family of companies, include the recent renovation of the historic Hotel Metro, utilizing both Federal and State Historic Tax Credits. The 63 room, art deco inspired boutique hotel, is now part of the exclusive Autograph Collection by Marriott.
