Dear Friends of Ogden,
Today, we are proud to announce the implementation of our long-term succession plan for Ogden & Company, Inc., AMO®, which will enable us to continue drawing upon the experience of our senior leadership team while elevating emerging leaders.
Effective immediately, President Peter Ogden will transition to Chairman of the Board, and Chief Financial Officer Beth Sucevic will serve as President of Ogden & Company, Inc. Financial Coordinator Megan Neuman, CPA, will serve as Chief Financial Officer.
Within the Milwaukee-based team, Susan Fellows, Executive Vice President of Property Management, will transition to Executive Vice President of the Residential Brokerage Division. Sheila Casey will continue to serve as Human Resources Director, and Gordon Steimle will continue to serve as Executive Vice President of the Commercial / Investment Division.
The following individuals were elevated to positions at the Director level and emerge from a robust mentoring program at Ogden & Company, Inc., which positions promising leaders for future success and leadership opportunities:
• Chad Emrath, Director of Affordable Housing
• Monica Maas-Skellie, Director of Multi-Family and New Development
• Janice Miller, Director of Condominium Operations
• Sue Sardina, Director of Asset Management
Angela Snyder will continue to serve as Director of Condominium Management. Cammi Sowa will continue to serve as Director of Administration and Training. Jessica Rothweiler will continue to serve as Director of Maintenance Services.
Within the Phoenix-based team, Lori Percival will continue to serve as President of Ogden West, a position she assumed in 2019. Additional Arizona-based leaders were also elevated:
• Ken Higgs will continue to serve as Director of Business Development of Ogden West;
• Jeff Green, CPA, will continue to serve as Director of Accounting and Finance; and
• Melissa Glinzak was elevated to Director of Northern Arizona Operations.
We have been carefully preparing for the long-term future of the company for many years. The transition we’re announcing today reflects the growth of our organization and strength of our team. The entire leadership team is committed to moving into the next chapter of success with the core values that have made Ogden successful for over 90 years – including a commitment to integrity, excellence, respect and honesty.
