Chad Emrath

Awards: Community Association Institutes Manager of the year in 2015.

Joining Ogden & Company, Inc. in 2004 as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, Chad handles all facets of the day-to-day operations of properties located throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Chad also brings five years of experience as a manager of a Commercial Medical Facility.

Chad’s previous position as a Premier Maintenance Director has allowed him to grow his portfolio with Ogden & Company, Inc. and provide exceptional customer service to hundreds of condominium Boards and homeowners.

Chad also has his real estate sales license and serves on the CAI-WI Education & Programs Committee.

Chad currently reside in Oconomowoc with his wife, and enjoys working around his house during their free time.
