Doug Saugstad brings nearly a decade of property management experience to his role as a multifamily portfolio manager. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from UW–Milwaukee, he specializes in optimizing multifamily assets for peak efficiency and profitability. Outside of work, Doug enjoys hunting, musky fishing, and raising ducks. He values time spent outdoors with his wife and children, maintaining a strong balance between professional excellence and personal fulfillment.
