Jeffrey Rauser

Jeff Rauser joined Ogden & Company in March 2020 as a Community Manager following a merger from Red Mountain Management whom he was employed with since December 2013.  He currently manages a portfolio that consists of single-family homes and condominiums that vary in size and complexity.

He comes to Ogden & Company with 30 plus years of prior management experience as a community manager, management of an apartment building, President/CEO of a financial institution and other levels of management in various industries.  He received his B.S. in Business Administration and Finance from the University of North Dakota in 1979.  He has also attended FDIC School in Washington, DC and a Banking Operations School in Costa Mesa, CA.  He continues to take part in ongoing training and professional development.

Jeff was born in Bismarck, North Dakota and moved to Arizona in 2013.  He is married and in his spare time enjoys watching and participating in sports, as well as working out.  He also, enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
