Rhonda Cap

Rhonda joined Ogden & Company in September 2024. She has a B.S. in Education and an emphasis in Corporate Exercise Management and Business Administration. She also obtained her National Parks and Recreation Association’s CPRP and Community Association Institute’s CMCA certifications to advance her dedication and knowledge in community, open space, property, and association management fields.

With over 20 years of large-scale master-planned community management experience, she believes in building strong homeowner, Board, and vendor relations to ensure the association’s overall success. Rhonda seeks ways to collaborate, exchange community engagement, and foster positive environments. She’s passionate about creating meaningful connections, fostering open communication, gathering valuable feedback, and implementing initiatives that align with a community’s needs and values.

Rhonda was born in Wisconsin and moved to Arizona in 2003. When not working, she enjoys reading, traveling, playing with her dog, and spending time with her family.
