Susan Sardina joined Ogden & Company, Inc., in 2005 and brings extensive experience in commercial real estate, serving as Executive Vice President of the company’s Commercial Brokerage and Property Management Divisions, overseeing all aspects of management, acquisitions, sales and leasing. She also directs the operations of Ogden Development Group, Inc.
Susan collaborates closely with clients and staff to deliver brokerage, commercial property management, and asset management services. Her responsibilities include assessing investor goals, analyzing assets, evaluating performance, and monitoring financial progress. With a focus on risk mitigation, enhanced returns, and appreciation of real estate values, Susan drives strategic management efforts to maximize portfolio performance. She has also assisted on the placement of commercial financing, including the use of Historic Tax Credits.
Prior to joining Ogden, Susan served as Vice President and Board Member of Grootemaat Investment Management Corp. In that capacity, Sardina oversaw company operations, providing real estate investment management services for real estate investment partnerships, with holdings throughout Wisconsin.
Susan has assisted numerous clients and lenders in valuing real estate owned, performing extensive due diligence, including all aspects of transfers and disposition of real estate assets. Susan attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, holds a Wisconsin Broker’s license and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW) and the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
