Ogden & Company, Inc. has become involved with The City of Milwaukee and Department of Neighborhood Services to take the neglected homes away from the current landlords, and start making the necessary improvements to the homes for the residents who have been living in fear of asking for basic needs.
Ogden has created a team to tackle all the life & safety issues. We are working on the extermination problems, and are beginning to work on some major maintenance issues. We met with every resident, and have toured every location more than once. It has been overwhelming, and it is very emotionally straining to see how people have been forced to live in our own city.
