Prior to joining Ogden, Bob was: a Business & Economic Developer with IMPACT SEVEN, Inc.’s Milwaukee Office marketing New Markets Tax Credits, SBA’s 504 Loans & SBA’s Micro Loans; Executive Vice President of Leasing & Acquisitions at Mallory Properties; Senior Vice President of Corporate and Industrial Sales & Leasing at NAI MLG Commercial; Vice President of Special Projects w/James T. Barry Co., Inc.; and a Commercial Real Estate Sales & Leasing Associate for Robert A. Polacheck Co. Bob was licensed as a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker in 1983. Bob has also served more than 10 years as executive director of 3 nationally recognized inner-city redevelopment efforts: the Milwaukee East Organizations’ Congress Inc.; Racine’s North Side Redevelopment Project, Inc.;
and Northeast Milwaukee Industrial Development Corp.(NMIDC) n/k/a RIVERWORKS Development Corp. Bob has been an Educational Presenter at: SIOR’s international & regional conventions;
Program Chair of SIOR-Wisconsin Chapter meetings; the Mid-American Economic Development Council Convention in 2010; & UW-M’s School of Architecture and Urban Planning.
