Lori Percival

Lori has been in the Community Management industry for over 25 years. She is CAAM certified and a member of CAI. She has served on the board of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) for the past 10 years, and served on the Ethics, Legislative, and Marketing Committees. She has run the operations and marketing of Ogden West for the past 18 years first as the Executive Vice President and, as of 2019, as President. Under Lori’s leadership, Ogden West has grown exponentially over the past 18 years, including communities in The Valley, Sedona, and Payson.

Lori teaches industry classes, runs board trainings, provides executive/management training and coaching, and offers consulting services to boards and builders.

She is a graduate of WVU and holds certifications in Executive Coaching and Holistic Nutrition.
