Megan Wasik-Vance

Megan joined Ogden in October 2024, bringing a combined three years of experience between both HOA and property management. As a Realtor licensed in Arizona and Texas, she combines her real estate expertise with a strong commitment to community development. Dedicated to advancing her skills, Megan is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA).

With a foundation of over six years in hotel management, Megan brings a unique perspective to community management. Her experience in the hospitality industry taught her the value of communication, attention to detail, and fostering positive relationships – all skills carried into managing homeowner associations.

While away from work – her and her husband enjoy spending time with their family, friends, and animals. Megan also loves her plants and visiting new places.
