Melissa Glinzak

Director of Northern Operations AZ

Melissa began her career in early 2001 as an Administrative Assistant for an HOA with another management company and was quickly promoted to manager. She then worked for the Developer of the property for a few years before returning to the same HOA, in 2007, but this time as an employee of Ogden. Since 2007, she has grown the Northern Arizona portfolio to 12 Associations, ranging from high-end single family to multi-family condo projects. She continues to grow the portfolio, via referrals based on her customer service and expertise of homeowner’s associations. She is a member of the Ogden Leadership Team and was awarded the AACM Humanitarian Award in 2017 for her volunteer work and guidance for an HOA she currently manages. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting, a master’s degree in business administration, and her real estate license, as well as being an instructor for AACM. She enjoys volunteering and giving back to her community when she can.

Melissa is married with three children and is expecting her first grandbaby soon. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friend in beautiful Payson, AZ.
