Tyler Baughman

Tyler Baughman, a senior from Buffalo, New York, is currently studying Commercial Real Estate at Marquette University. He is actively involved in the Real Estate Asset Program (REAP) through the Marquette Institute for Real Estate. This program provides students with the opportunity to analyze real market deals and pitch these opportunities to the Marquette IC board, which allocates funds for acquisitions based on the students’ recommendations. Tyler and his peers are responsible for providing quarterly asset management reports to investors, detailing the performance of each property in their portfolio.

Tyler began his journey at Ogden during the summer of his sophomore year as an intern and has since gotten his real estate license. He specializes in various asset classes, including retail, industrial, and office properties. He takes great satisfaction in working with clients to develop strategies that maximize the utilization of their properties and assisting both new and established businesses in finding the ideal space. Outside of his professional interests, Tyler has a passion for traveling and always rooting on New York sports teams.
