Mary Franklin

Administrative Manager – Condominium Division

Mary Franklin started with Ogden & Company, Inc. in 1999, after working for a large company for 16 years as Customer Service & Office Manager when they closed its facility.

Mary has worked in the multi-family division as an administrative assistant for many years. She now has a full Condominium portfolio assisting property managers with the day to day communications, collections and correspondence of homeowners, board members and vendors to assure the association runs smoothly. Mary also handles the day to day Office Manager duties of the office.

Mary was born and raised in Wisconsin and resides in Milwaukee with her husband. They have one son and one daughter. In her free time she loves to work with beads to create jewelry, reading, WAVE Soccer games, and spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys creating the liturgical environment in church to coincide with the changing liturgical seasons.
